With more than 17 years working for Fortune 500 companies as well as for small, privately owned businesses, Rebecca Spuller has extensive experience in a variety of HR functions including labor relations, facilitation and training, recruiting, talent management and organizational development.  She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), as well as the local Northeast Indiana Human Resource Association chapter of SHRM. Rebecca obtained a bachelor’s degree in General Studies, minoring in both Labor Studies and Organizational Leadership & Supervision from Indiana University-Purdue University (IPFW), as well as a master’s degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University, focusing on Industrial/Organizational Psychology and holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) accreditation from the Human Resource Certification Institute as well as a Senior Certified Professional designation through SHRM (SHRM-SCP) and is a Gallup certified Strengths Coach.

Born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Rebecca attended Canterbury School and has raised her family here while working for local companies such as Navistar International, BAE Systems, Medical Informatics Engineering, and United Technologies Electronic Controls. In addition to spending time with her family and working, Rebecca partners with the Division of Continuing Studies program at Purde Fort Wayne to deliver leadership and management courses, is an Adjunct Professor in the Psychology deparment at Indiana Tech,  volunteers with the United Service Organization (USO), and spends her free time exploring the beautiful Fort Wayne Trails system.
